RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At SR Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a transparent and fair shopping experience. 

All exchange and return requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:


1. Exchange & Return Period:

Customers may request an exchange or return within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for Exchange & Return:

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition as received.

• The product must be unused and free from any damage or breakage.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, if applicable.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Customized and requested Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


4. Shipping Costs:

• In cases of exchange or return not related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, the customer shall bear all shipping costs (return and reshipping, if applicable).


5. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, the customer is entitled to a free replacement, with no shipping costs charged to the customer.

• The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos showing the defect or damage.


6. Refund Policy:

• Upon approval of a return request, the product value only will be refunded after inspection and confirmation of compliance with this policy.

• Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method as follows:

• Online payment: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the bank account provided by the customer.

• Cash on delivery (COD): Refunds will be made in cash.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

8. Inspection & Approval:

All returned products are subject to inspection. 

SR Creations reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
