• Customers must adhere strictly to agreed payment schedules.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend production or withhold delivery in the event of delayed or incomplete payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery
• Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order type, production requirements, and shipping conditions.
• The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders
• B2B orders include all supplies made to restaurants, cafés, hotels, and hospitality businesses.
• B2B orders may not be canceled once approved or once production has commenced.
• The business client bears full responsibility for reviewing and approving final specifications prior to manufacturing.
• Any amendments requested after approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.
• The Company shall not be liable for improper use of products within commercial establishments.

8. Custom Orders
• Production of Custom Orders begins only after final approval of specifications and receipt of the agreed payment.
• All Custom Orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production has started, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
• Product images, samples, or mock-ups are for reference purposes only. Final products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of wooden items.
• Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

9. Samples
• Any samples requested for B2B orders are chargeable and non-refundable.
• Sample costs shall only be deducted from the final order total if expressly agreed upon in writing in advance.

10. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns and exchanges are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy published separately on the website.
• This policy does not apply to B2B or Custom Orders, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

• Where a customer requests the use of their own logo or brand, the customer confirms legal ownership and indemnifies the Company against any related claims.
• The Company reserves the right to photograph and document B2B orders for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
